Product Manager Opportunity at TP-Link Systems Inc.

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Senior Product Manager to join our team at TP-Link Systems Inc. This role focuses on product definition and roadmap planning, ensuring that our video doorbell products meet and exceed market demands and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of global users' home environments to understand and identify their real needs.
  • Develop innovative product features that enhance the user experience.
  • Perform competitive analysis to stay ahead of the market.
  • Define market-leading smart video doorbell products by leveraging market research, user feedback, and technology trends.
  • Develop product roadmaps and plan for product iterations and feature development.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams in both China and the United States to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
  • Proven experience in product planning, definition, and management, covering the full product lifecycle from concept to market launch.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results.
  • Hands-on experience with smart home products, particularly in video doorbells, IP cameras, smart locks, or security systems.
  • Strong technical background and ability to provide technical direction throughout product development.
