Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Employee Experience team as the Leadership Development Lead. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering leadership development programmes, supporting the improvement of overall organisational performance and effectiveness.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £48,000 - £54,000 per annum, with a starting annual leave of 27 days increasing to 33 days based on length of service, plus paid bank holidays. Additional benefits include NHS discounts and career progression opportunities.

Key Requirements
  • Degree-level qualification plus additional relevant training or equivalent experience to Masters level.
  • Knowledge of various leadership development tools and evidence-based interventions.
