Job Description

Serve Talent is seeking an experienced HSQE Systems Lead to develop and implement Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) management systems within our manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement HSQE Policies: Develop, implement, and maintain effective HSQE policies and procedures that meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct Risk Assessments: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Lead Quality Control Systems: Lead quality control systems to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and promote a quality-driven culture.
  • Drive Waste Reduction and Energy Efficiency: Drive waste reduction and energy efficiency initiatives to minimize our environmental footprint.
