About the Role

Salary: £24,071 per annum.

As a nursing assistant at Hospice in the Weald, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients. This includes supporting patients and their families, adhering to organisational policies and procedures, and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering high-quality patient care that meets individual needs.
  • Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
Personal Specification:
  • NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working in a palliative care setting is desirable.
