Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Domiciliary Care Manager to join our team in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in care coordination, management, or a supervisory role in a domiciliary care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each service user.
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to ensure seamless care provision.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service users to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • Previous experience in care coordination, management, or a supervisory role in a domiciliary care setting.
  • Experience in elderly care, palliative care, or care for individuals with disabilities is preferred.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and patient approach to care.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage emergencies.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 per annum

Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent

This is a full-time position with flexibility to respond to urgent care situations.
