We are seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead to manage our team of engineers in creating innovative automation solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams consisting of Senior Software and Software Engineers
- Create high-quality software design based on customer and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain software templates and libraries
- Provide technical expertise and act as the point of contact for project-related topics
- Oversee software design code reviews
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide data for project performance evaluation
- Assist with commissioning on customer sites, both in the UK and overseas
- Offer technical support across departments, including simulations, estimating, and hardware/software selection
Requirements:
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge and experience in electrical or mechatronic engineering
Salary: £95,000 - £115,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
