We are seeking an Animal Health Team Lead to join our team at GLG Vets in Richmond upon Thames, Greater London. As a senior member of our team, you will lead by example, demonstrating exceptional veterinary skills and knowledge while inspiring and guiding others to deliver outstanding patient care.
Location: Richmond upon Thames, Greater London
Job Type: Full Time
Working Hours: This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, with 1 in 6 weekends.
Estimated Salary: £41,000 - £46,000 per year, depending on your experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the animal health team, setting high standards and expectations for patient care.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and team performance.
- Collaborate with veterinarians, veterinary assistants, and other team members to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients.
- Meet the essential requirements of a Degree in Veterinary Medicine and active license to practice in the UK.
