About the Job
First Choice Selection Services is looking for a skilled Medical Secretary to work in Antrim Area Hospital. As a member of the Mental Health, Learning Disability and Community, Wellbeing Team, you will provide administrative support to the team leaders and clinicians.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Medical Secretary/Team Secretary/Administrator and possess excellent organisational and time management skills. They will be able to manage diaries, scheduling meetings and book appointments, handle correspondence including emails, letters and phone calls, and assist with any other secretarial and administration duties required by the team.

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with a rate of pay of £12.86 per hour. They will also be included into our companies pension scheme.
