**Medical Secretary and Coordinator Role

We are looking for a highly organized and skilled Medical Secretary and Coordinator to join our team at First Choice Selection Services. This is a permanent full-time position based at Antrim Area Hospital.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Mental Health, Learning Disability and Community Wellbeing Team, including managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and filing systems, as well as taking minutes on meetings.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Medical Secretary or Administrator, with excellent communication and organizational skills. They will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive rate of pay, estimated at £30,000 per annum, based on a 37-hour week. We also include our employees in our company pension scheme.
