Conveyancing Legal Secretary Opportunity

A top-tier law firm in Belfast is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their esteemed legal team as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to work on a variety of legal matters, conducting thorough research, drafting legal documents, and providing administrative support to the legal team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis of case precedents, statutes, regulations, and other legal sources.
  • Prepare and draft accurate and well-structured legal documents.
  • Organise and manage case files efficiently.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, coordinating meetings and tracking deadlines.
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls and managing correspondence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in law (preferred).
  • Prior experience working as a Legal Secretary in Conveyancing (essential).
  • Solid knowledge of legal concepts, procedures, and terminology.
  • Proficiency in conducting legal research using online databases and resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organise and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
