The Role

As our Facilities Coordinator , you'll oversee the daily operations of our office and industrial units, manage conference and meeting room bookings, and maintain high standards in all areas of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facility Management: Coordinate daily operations, oversee conference room bookings, perform regular inspections, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure health and safety compliance
  • Tenant and Client Relations: Act as main contact for tenants, oversee onboarding and lease renewals, and promptly address inquiries and service requests
  • Meeting & Conference Room Management: Organise bookings, set up rooms for events, manage audio-visual and catering needs, and maintain supplies
  • Administration & Reporting: Keep accurate records, track budgets, and report facility updates to management
  • Health, Safety, and Compliance: Implement safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, organise drills, and maintain inspection records
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Promote eco-friendly upgrades and conduct energy audits to improve efficiency and reduce costs

The Ideal Candidate:

You will be an organised and proactive facilities professional with experience in multi-tenant spaces.

  • Background in facilities coordination or property management; rental and event space experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, facility management software, and basic building systems knowledge, including health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach
