Your new role

  • Process and manage supplier invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
  • Review and code supplier invoices, and send them for approval to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Post general ledger data and VAT information, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Review and reconcile supplier statements, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Set up new suppliers, ensuring seamless integration into our financial systems.
  • Review and process employee expense submissions, maintaining a transparent and efficient process.
  • Provide cover for the AP supervisor on leave dates, demonstrating your ability to work independently and effectively.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A recent graduate or school leaver with a strong academic background and a passion for finance and accounting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision.
  • An inquisitive and logical mindset, with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Competent user of IT systems, with experience in financial software and applications.
