Audio Console Specialist

Join Solid State Logic, a leading manufacturer of professional audio equipment, as an Accounts Assistant in our Finance Team. This role plays a crucial part in managing our purchase ledger, working closely with internal stakeholders and liaising with external suppliers.

• Manage all aspects of the company's purchase ledger, including processing purchase invoices, matching, checking, and coding.
• Process all staff expenses and company credit card transactions.
• Respond to supplier queries and variances, and liaise with suppliers as required.
• Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details and payment terms.
• Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc payments, foreign payments, and BACS payment runs.
• Reconcile supplier invoices to supplier statements.
• Filing invoices.
• Monitor GBP petty cash and foreign petty cash.
• Assist in month-end procedures to ensure that month-end deadlines are met.

• Excel and Outlook skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.

• Experience in using accounts payable software packages.
• Experience with an integrated ERP system, such as Epicor.
• Usage of expense management systems such as Expensify.
