**Part-Time Purchase Ledger Clerk** to join an established organisation based **near Kidlington, Oxfordshire** on an ideally temporary to permanent basis.

The client is widely acknowledged within their field, and are experienced leaders in what they do. Based on a site with on-site parking and offering flexible working hours on a Part-Time basis.

**The Part-Time Purchase Ledger Clerk duties are**:

- To ensure the integrity of the purchase ledger records and transactions at all times
- To input all invoices for both businesses
- To resolve purchase ledger queries on a daily basis
- To place purchase orders and dealing with queries
- To process bank payment transactions
- To maintain accurate supplier details and bank information
- To maintain banking payment templates
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts on the accounting system and produce reports as required
- Dealing with Group Expenses, Petty Cash and credit card transactions
- Production and processing of all supplier BACS payments for both businesses
- Foreign Payments from both GBP, EURO and USD accounts
- Filing of purchase invoices and credit notes
- Reconciling goods received notes with purchase invoices and importation into Sage
- Ad hoc payments as required
- Assisting with VAT and PAYE payments as required
- Assisting with Month End & Year End accounts processes as required

**The Part-Time Purchase Ledger Clerk will be/have**:

- Previous purchase ledger/accountancy experience
- Good IT skills, including Excel and Finance software/s
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident and organised with own initiative
- Immediately available
- Happy with office based working
