Lead CRM Manager:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creating and optimising push notification campaigns for improved player experience and commercial success.
  • Leading data analysis to maximise ROI and ROE, leveraging insights to boost player value and engagement.
  • Monitoring budgets and performance targets for Live CRM initiatives, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Designing and executing automated customer journeys for live events and promotions.
  • Mentorship and training of CRM Managers to foster growth and expertise within the team.

Required Skills:
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills with a focus on collaborative environments.
  • Expertise in project management, prioritising multiple tasks and projects in fast-paced settings.
