Caregiver for Vulnerable Children

At Gap Healthcare, we're working closely with a prominent health and social care provider to support children and young people with challenging behaviour and learning disabilities. As part of our team, you'll be contributing to the delivery of high-quality services in the Colchester area. This role presents an opportunity to work full-time or part-time hours, depending on your preference.
Key responsibilities include supporting children in accessing the community, promoting independence skills development, and encouraging participation in social and leisure activities. If successful, you can expect to work varied shifts, adapting to the needs of our service users.
