Job Description
This role focuses on providing high-quality social work services using a systemic approach. Work closely with the team to deliver relationship-based support for children and families. Your key responsibilities include managing a caseload, participating in group supervision, and implementing effective relationships-based approaches. You will also play a crucial role in minimizing disruptions for children and families by reducing transfers and handovers.

Required Qualifications and Skills
