Radis Community Care is a leading provider of community-based social care and support since 2001, focused on independent living for vulnerable adults and children in England and Wales. We are seeking an experienced Adult Care Assistant to join our team at The Cannons Extra Care Scheme in Essex.

This role involves supporting elderly residents with physical frailty, enabling them to maintain independence and quality of life. Predominantly, the successful candidate will be supporting residents with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, and dressing while promoting their independence, choice, dignity, and respect.

About the Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £24,500 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including Nest Pension, Free uniform and PPE, Excellent career progression opportunities, Fully structured support for new starters, Full Out of Hours support, Training programs including Care Certificate, Dementia, End of Life, and more, and Refer a friend payment scheme (unlimited payments subject to conditions).

Shift Rotas and Scheduling

Available shifts: 07:00-15:00, 15:00-22:00, 22:00-07:00, Monday-Sunday, Alternate weekends. We strive to create a positive and supportive work environment for all staff members.
