Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering innovative learning interventions that enhance the potential of colleagues across the university.
  • Leading on the growth and application of new learning technologies to support an innovative approach to workplace learning in Ulster.
  • Providing specialist advice and consultancy on learning design and delivery of workplace interventions that support compulsory compliance training pan-university.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the university's learning culture and contribute to the delivery of a governance structure that enables consistent and best practice in compulsory compliance training management.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
