We are working closely with a professional services firm to find a skilled People Advisor.

Responsibilities:
  1. Foster effective partnerships with stakeholders both within and outside the organisation.
  2. Deliver expert guidance on human resources matters.
  3. Guarantee compliance with relevant HR laws and regulations.
  4. Support recruitment drives and selection processes.
  5. Identify patterns in employee absences and suggest improvements.
  6. Employee relations, recognition programs, rewards, performance management, and development initiatives.
  7. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve strategic objectives.
  8. Provide insightful advice on general HR concerns.
The Perfect Candidate:
  1. Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business, or a related field.
  2. Certified CIPD professional status.
  3. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate setting (financial services, law, accountancy).
  4. Possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence senior managers.
Compensation Package:

A competitive annual salary range: $70,000 - $90,000, comprehensive health insurance, and flexible work arrangements.
