As a People Development Specialist, you will play a key role in managing engagement with sports organizations and monitoring performance against agreed strategic targets.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

Job Description:

The successful candidate will contribute to SportNI's strategic objectives within the Sporting System, working closely with the People Development Manager to deliver the team's objectives in respect of under-representation in the sporting workforce. Key responsibilities include developing a coordinated approach to people development, managing Sport NI's investment into sport, and playing a key role in managing engagement with sports organizations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications in a field such as human resources, education, or social sciences
  • Experience in people development, coaching, officiating, or sports administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
