Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Composite Engineering Manager to join our team at Motorsport-Total GmbH. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing the development of composite components, including design, prototyping, testing, and validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of composite components, including design, prototyping, testing, and validation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance design efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in composite design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of composite materials, production techniques, and design software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Estimated Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience.
