We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Haas F1. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all suppliers meet our high standards and delivering quality products and services to our customers.

Your primary focus will be on collaborating with procurement and technical teams to select suppliers who can meet our quality requirements. You will also be accountable for the onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring their processes, procedures, and quality management systems are fit for purpose. Additionally, you will own and drive integrated quality improvement plans where required for components and/or suppliers.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of composite, metallic, and additive manufacture. Experience working with 8D, 5 Why, and FMEA tools is also essential. A track record of building relationships with new suppliers from supplier selection to delivery is highly valued. Excellent project management skills and quick decision-making abilities will serve you well in this position.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for a minimum of 5 years' experience in a quality role within a fast-paced parts manufacturing environment. An honors degree in an engineering subject or equivalent experience is also required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and 3D CAD software is essential. Ability to interpret complex inspection reports and provide go/no-go decisions is a must.
