Business Development Representative

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Fylde, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
About the RoleThe Business Development Representative will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. This involves:
- Managing a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities with potential clients.
- Preparing and delivering tailored presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
- Tracking and reporting on client satisfaction and account performance.
- Negotiating contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
