About the Role
">We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Expert to join our dynamic team at TPS. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Sales Manager and team to achieve business objectives and sales targets;
- Achieve personal revenue goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with target customers;
- Identify and leverage potential sales opportunities within the customer base;
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with competitor activity;
- Build strong relationships with customers through regular communication and face-to-face visits;
- Provide expert advice and respond promptly to customer requests and queries;
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their credit status;
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide a cohesive approach to sales;
- Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries efficiently and professionally;
- Ensure accurate and timely use of systems to search and order parts;
- Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly;
- Manage cash and credit card transactions in line with company guidelines.
Requirements

- Self-starter with a proven track record in building strong relationships and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment;
- Confident and capable communicator with experience of selling in a fast-paced and/or telesales environment;
- Passion for providing an excellent customer service experience;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders;
- A team player with drive and determination to achieve individual and sales targets on a weekly & monthly basis;
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
