BMS Performance is seeking a highly motivated Territory Account Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business leads, and driving sales growth in a defined territory.

This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious graduates to develop their sales skills and knowledge in a dynamic industry. With full training and development provided, you'll have the chance to learn from experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced sales environment.

You'll conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with key decision-makers, as well as collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

The salary for this role is £28,000, with a performance-based OTE of up to £35,000 in the first year. You'll also enjoy a range of employee benefits, including a company car and fuel card, and a comprehensive training and development scheme.

We're looking for candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a goal-oriented approach, and excellent organisational and time management abilities. A full UK driving license is essential for this position.
