Our Fraud team at DWF are currently hiring for a Paralegal. The role is located in the North of England, with a hybrid working pattern from either our Leeds, Manchester or, Liverpool offices.

About the Role

The team mainly deal with Insurance Fraud and handle a litigated case load of files including Motor, MOJ, Portal and Personal Injury.

Responsibilities include:

  • Actioning all cases in line with department/client service standards and protocols
  • Dealing with technical aspects of the case, under the supervision of the partner/associates in the team
  • To ensure that financial targets are met
  • Use of the Case Management system (Visualfiles) and use of standard documentation wherever appropriate
  • Progress cases proactively to a satisfactory/speedy settlement in accordance with client requirements

We offer a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About You

An ideal candidate will demonstrate a real interest in insurance fraud work, and will have worked in a similar role / environment. As well as, strong communication and time management skills, attention to detail and, the ability to prioritise work and meet strict deadlines.
