The Fraud team at DWF are currently recruiting a Paralegal to join their team in the North of England. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team handling Insurance Fraud cases.

Job Description

This role involves dealing with Insurance Fraud cases, primarily in Motor, MOJ, Portal and Personal Injury areas. Key responsibilities include:

  • Actioning cases according to departmental and client service standards
  • Managing technical aspects of cases under the guidance of senior team members
  • Maintaining financial targets
  • Utilising the Case Management system and standard documentation
  • Proactively progressing cases to a satisfactory settlement

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £27,500 - £32,000 per annum, based on experience.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a genuine interest in insurance fraud work. Relevant experience and excellent communication skills are essential. Strong time management and organisational abilities are also required.
