Salary and Benefits">

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to £24,960 depending on experience.

In addition to a salary, we offer 25 days annual leave pro-rata plus one day birthday leave, bank holidays, a company pension scheme, access to various benefits, and opportunities for learning and development.

About the Role">

This exciting opportunity involves supporting the efficient running of the HR service, undertaking recruitment, payroll, and maintenance of the HR system (BambooHR). You will manage the full recruitment process, handle routine HR queries, maintain employee records, and coordinate induction and mandatory training.

You will also provide administrative support with HR processes such as performance, absence, disciplinary, and grievance issues. Additionally, you will work closely with the Patient Administration team to deliver an effective administrative service to the clinic, focusing on our private patient service.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience working in a HR role within a healthcare or other regulated industry, ideally with CIPD Level 3 certification. Experience with payroll, pre-employment checks, and utilizing HR Information Systems is highly desirable. Excellent administration and communication skills are essential, along with adaptability and a willingness to learn.
