**Interim HR Administrator**

We’re looking for a highly experienced HR Administrator who shares our purpose and is ready to drive the department forward on a full-time temporary contract. You’ll be an integral part of our family-run, values driven company where we reward engaged, positive and curious team members.

**The role**

This role forms a key part of our HR support function, assuming responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with Managers and our Senior Leadership team. You will support them with a range of day-to-day HR and Management processes, practices, and initiatives and report to senior stakeholders across a range of HR activities including onboarding of new team members, organisational development, change management, team member and performance management, employee communications, employee engagement and relations. You will ensure that HR policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience by working closely with recruitment and individual Home Managers.
- Manage team member relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and provide support for team member complaints and concerns.
- Manage performance management processes and provide guidance to line managers, including conducting investigations and disciplinaries when necessary.
- Provide industry insight into internal HR training programmes to enhance skills and knowledge, and support training and development plans.
- Oversee annual leave and sickness management, contracts and pay on our workplace App Connecteam and directly with Senior Management, communicating with key stakeholders to drive solutions.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, reviewing and rewriting them as necessary.
- Enrol and monitor team members for online mandatory e-learning and training, as directly by CQC and CI regulations.
- Take the lead on the administration of the visa sponsorship process.
- Upload files and documents and maintain HR policies on our workplace App Connecteam.
- Gather information from surveys and compile the information into measurable data for distribution and feedback.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR database, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide sound and compliant advice to management on all HR matters, including compliance with CQC, CI, and SSSC requirements, using our legal helpline where required.
- Build strong relationships and trust with stakeholders.
- Any other HR tasks as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Extensive proven experience at HR Administrator level.
- Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures. A knowledge of employment law is desirable but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to manage own time, be a self-starter and prioritise workloads effectively.
- Experience with TUPE, Maternity & Paternity Support, Redundancy Support, and Conflict Management.
- Proficiency in overseeing administrative tasks such as insurance reporting, data breaches and managing sponsorship licenses.
- Familiarity with overseeing compliance with government apprenticeship accounts, grants and funding.
- Provide commercially minded advice consistent with company policy, culture and values.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to support managers in team member relations, engagement and retention.
