Our Talent Acquisition Team, we are looking for an enthusiastic, determined **HR Administrator / Talent Acquisition Administrator** to join us. This is an extremely varied roles, covering aspects of both HR and Recruitment Administration.

- Competitive basic salary £22k - £25k dependent on experience
- Working Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5 pm

**Key Responsibilities of the HR Administrator / Talent Acquisition Administrator?**
- Uploading CV’s onto our HR system Workday
- Raising contracts of employment, and offer letters for all new starters across Europe in a timely manner
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment function
- Provide first-line support for all enquiries
- Manage the vacancy adverts on multiple job-boards in Europe
- Ensure all adverts are posted on the correct job-boards for the country the role is in
**What experience/skills/attributes do you need?**
- Previous experience in a Recruitment or HR Administration role
- Background in creating employment contracts ideally for Europe
- High attention to detail as accuracy is essential within this role
- Ability to prioritise and escalate where necessary
- Customer focused approach
- Excellent computer skills with accurate keyboard skills
- Time management and organisational skills
- Knowledge of recruitment software Workday or CRM system
