As a Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor at The HR Suite, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clinical negligence team. Your expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in driving success and upholding our commitment to excellence in clinical negligence law.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex clinical negligence cases from inception to resolution. You will work closely with our team of experts to deliver exceptional results and maintain strong relationships with clients, medical professionals, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Proactive and commercial management of allocated cases from inception to resolution.
  • Team Leadership: Providing guidance and support to junior team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Client Relationships: Maintaining strong relationships with clients, medical professionals, and other stakeholders through clear communication and informed guidance.
  • Caseload Management: Effective management of a caseload in a proactive and commercially focused manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Working collaboratively with the team to drive success and uphold our commitment to excellence in clinical negligence law.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 8 years PQE or equivalent experience working in clinical negligence law.
  • Qualifications: Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Skills: Strong commercial awareness, excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office packages, and excellent communication and drafting skills.
  • Education: A strong understanding of clinical negligence law and its applications, with a keen eye for detail and analytical skills.

We Offer:

  • Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
