About You:

We are seeking a highly organized and process-driven individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, preferably in a warranty and department administration role. They will be confident in their IT skills, with experience in Kerridge software being a plus. The successful candidate will be able to manage their time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all warranty and department administration tasks
  • Achieve all allocated objectives for the department and operate within the law at all times
  • Plan and manage time carefully to ensure all tasks are achieved within the agreed time scales
  • Greet customers and visitors promptly, courteously, and professionally

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
