About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our project teams, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating project schedules, deadlines, and tasks
  • Preparing and distributing project materials, such as presentations and progress reports
  • Managing project files and data, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborating with project teams to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
