Group Sales Executive

About the RoleAs a Group, Conference and Events Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, conferences and events. You will drive sales leads, increase conversions, and build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
- Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the team
- Manage an events schedule to maximize yield
- Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach
- Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
- Arrange and carry out hotel show rounds
- Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
- Participate in hotel promotional activities
We're looking for a sales professional with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service. You should have a confident telephone manner, high level of IT skills, and excellent grooming standards. Previous experience working in a sales environment is essential.
