About the Role

As a Group, Conference and Events Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, conferences and events. You will drive sales leads, increase conversions, and build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive revenue growth for our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
  • Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the team
  • Manage an events schedule to maximize yield
  • Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach
  • Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
  • Arrange and carry out hotel show rounds
  • Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
  • Participate in hotel promotional activities
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional with excellent communication and organizational skills. You should have a positive attitude, a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service, and a confident telephone manner. Previous experience working in a sales environment is essential, and knowledge of hotel property management systems and conference and events functions would be advantageous.
