At Hilton Hotels, we're looking for a talented Sales Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth in the areas of group reservations, conferences, and events. As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities by driving sales leads and increasing conversions.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
  • Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the team
  • Manage an events schedule to maximize yield
  • Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach
  • Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
  • Arrange and carry out hotel show rounds
  • Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
  • Participate in hotel promotional activities

What We're Looking For:

A Sales Executive with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service. You'll have a confident telephone manner, high-level IT skills, and excellent grooming standards. Previous experience working in a sales environment is essential.
