**About the Role:**

The Elizabeth School of London is seeking an experienced Academic Partnership Officer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining university partnerships, ensuring effective communication and strategic processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize activities, events, and schedules while prioritizing among competing needs from different stakeholders.
  • Liaise with staff and students to provide administrative assistance required by Academic Managers.
  • Cross-check student grades and input information into university systems such as SITS/Turnitin.
  • Support Academic Staff and facilitate communication with stakeholders, including students.
  • Create VLE content, such as exams and quizzes, on behalf of module leaders.
  • Assist with organizing academic misconduct meetings and student resits.

Requirements:

  • A degree-level qualification in a relevant subject area.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative and/or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Evidenced ability to work unsupervised, using own initiative, and ability to work under pressure.

Salary Range: £28K - £34K (Depending on Experience)
