We are looking for an exceptional Area Sales Executive to join our team at Hydro-X. As a key member of our Air Services division, you will play a vital role in driving performance and exceeding sales goals across the Southern Region.

This role involves working closely with other teams to ensure our initiatives thrive. You will be responsible for leading a team of skilled Business Development Managers and Account Managers specialising in Air Services, leveraging their talents to drive performance and exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the Regional Air Sales Team to meet all internal and external commitments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise profitability and accountability.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for the Regional Air Team.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and plans.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving license
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the air hygiene sector or closely related industry
  • Experience managing a team

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
