Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead our financial operations at A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd in Bedfordshire. As a seasoned professional, you will oversee project finances, manage relationships with subcontractors, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans for projects.
  • Build strong partnerships with clients and subcontractors.
  • Analyze and interpret project data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant field.
  • Advanced certification, such as CSCS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • At least 8 years of experience in construction industry.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Annual car allowance: £7250.
  • Generous holiday package: 25 days per year.
  • Performance-based bonuses: up to 5% of annual salary.
  • Pension scheme: ERS 3%, EE 5%.
  • Life insurance: x3 coverage.
