Job Description:

As a Construction Project Estimator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cost-estimation strategies to ensure accurate and competitive bids for construction projects. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cost-estimation strategies to ensure accurate and competitive bids for construction projects.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Monitor and update estimates throughout the tender process, adjusting for any changes in project scope, costs, or market conditions.

Requirements:
  • A degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years experience as an Estimator within the construction industry, ideally with a focus on Education and Commercial construction projects.
  • Experience using estimation software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
