Job Description: Quantity Surveying Specialist

CV Library in Darlington is looking for a talented Quantity Surveying Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for undertaking cost estimating and identifying risks associated with construction projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Construction, Oil & Gas, or Offshore and be proficient in Quantity Surveying/Estimating. They should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with the project team.

About the Role:

  • Undertake cost estimating for projects of various sizes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects.
  • Assist the project team with day-to-day activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in Quantity Surveying/Estimating.
  • Background in Construction, Oil & Gas, or Offshore.
  • Eligibility for Security Clearance.

Working Arrangements:

This is a 37 hour per week position, working Tuesdays to Thursdays in the office and Mondays and Fridays from home. The ideal candidate will be motivated and enthusiastic about their work.

Salary:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus car allowance, hybrid working, progression opportunities, and company benefits.
