Job Title: Quantity Surveying Professional

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveying Professional to join our team within Lovell's North East region. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Financial cost control and reporting of one or more developments from the Award up to and including completion of client and sub-contract final accounts, recovery / discharge of all retentions
* Liaising with clients and subcontractors
* Having confidence to go out to projects / properties when required

**Requirements:**
You will need a formal qualification such as HNC in a relevant subject, with previous substantial quantity surveying experience within the construction industry. A valid CSCS Card is also essential for the role.

**What We Offer:**
