Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed quantity requirements and estimate costs for construction projects.
  • Monitor construction budgets and track expenses.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to ensure the best pricing.
  • Review and update project costs as the construction work progresses.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software and understanding of project management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
