Salary:$45,000 - $65,000 per year

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agency Professional to join our team in Reading. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment and be able to lead a team of real estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Drive sales growth through effective marketing and business development strategies
  • Manage team performance through regular reviews and feedback sessions
  • Influence team behavior through effective leadership and action planning
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in estate agency or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing a business
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Vehicle owner with a full driving license
