- Assisting with Client Accounting: You will collaborate with our accounts team and assist fee earners in invoicing processes, including the monthly preparation of fee invoices, processing client receipts, making payments, and managing client accounts.
- Other Document Preparation and Distribution: You will provide general support in photocopying, document preparation, and distribution, as well as creating departmental file starter packs for new joiners.
- Other General Administration Assistance: You will provide general administration support to fee earners and the organization, which may include assisting with business development and marketing events, as well as coordinating refreshments for meetings.
- Competent audio typist
- Proficient in grammar, punctuation, and written communication skills
- Competence in using relevant IT tools, such as Microsoft email and Office, digital dictation systems, and practice management systems
- Excellent telephone manner with professional and effective verbal communication skills
