Administrative Support Specialist

The Role
Serve as an integral member of the Accounts department at Stoneacre Motor Group, contributing to the group's success as a leading motors group in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile supplier invoices, statements, and supplier interactions.
- Manage general administrative tasks.
- Liaise with Department Managers to secure invoice authorisation prior to payment.
- Process daily banking transactions.
- Handle incoming post and distribute as necessary.
Requirements
- Confident in speaking on the phone.
- Hold a minimum GCSE English Grade 4 or equivalent.
- Ability to handle objections and difficult situations.
- Capacity to work as a team and manage own time effectively.
- Demonstrate an eye for detail.
About You
- Minimum GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
This role offers an apprenticeship opportunity, with the successful candidate studying NVQ Level 2 Business Administration. Please note that this is an apprenticeship wage for the duration of the apprenticeship.
