Support Worker for SEMH College

Zen Educate is a leading provider of educational services, seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team at a special needs college in Gloucester. In this role, you will provide one-to-one assistance and small group work to students with SEMH needs, helping them unlock their potential and achieve their goals.
We require someone who is passionate about supporting students with special needs, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The successful candidate must also have an enhanced DBS certificate or apply for one upon employment.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
