We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Head Teacher to lead our dedicated team in a school that makes a real impact on pupils' lives.

The Role:
  • Lead on the strategic vision and direction of the school, fostering a culture of inclusivity, well-being, and academic achievement.
  • Manage and support staff, ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment that inspires a love of learning.
  • Develop and implement individualised strategies for pupils with SEMH needs, building strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support the wider school community.
The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a dynamic, compassionate leader with a deep understanding of SEMH education. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior leadership within an SEMH or SEND setting, demonstrating exceptional leadership and management skills.
