In this rewarding role, you will provide vital support to students with SEMH needs at our special needs college in Gloucester. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for administering personal care, using hoist equipment, and developing strong relationships with students to help them achieve their goals.
We require someone who is empathetic, patient, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The successful candidate must also have an enhanced DBS certificate or apply for one upon employment.
